Zarket provides digital marketing services for HVAC business owners, including reputation management, paid advertising, and follow-up automation. We do not guarantee specific results, and individual performance may vary.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

Program description: By providing your mobile number and submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Zarket related to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer care, account notifications, and marketing about our HVAC marketing services.

  • Message frequency: Recurring; frequency varies based on your interaction with us (typically 2–6 messages per month).
  • Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at +1 645-215-8704 or support@zarket.org.
  • Supported carriers: Major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent not required for purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Booking & Cancellations

Strategy calls can be booked through our online calendar. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed.

5. Refund Policy

If we do not deliver the agreed-upon number of qualified booked calls within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zarket and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
